Connected Futures was created because we believe the North East deserves better housing provision — and because we know from experience that the right home, managed well and supported properly, changes lives.
We are a specialist housing management and supported living provider working across the North East. We work in close partnership with Local Authorities, Registered Providers and Commissioning Teams to provide safe, stable, well-managed accommodation for people who need it most.
We are not a large, faceless organisation. We are a small, experienced, values-driven team — and that means every placement matters, every property is managed to the same standard, and every partnership is taken seriously.
